Abstract
Purpose/Significance] This article combs the theories of linked data quality assessment and the linked data quality assessment tools and presents a research overview in this field. By introducing the development of linked data quality assessment, we can understand its development characteristics and prove that quality assessment is vital for data quality improvement. We hope this study could provide some inspiration and reference. [ Method/Process] Based on a systemic analysis of the related literature, the current development situation of linked data quality assessment is studied from assessment standard, assessment method and assessment tools. [ Result/Conclusion] It is found that the theory of data quality assessment has a significant development, while the assessment tools field is still in its beginning peri-od presently and it is proposed that an “Open Source Crowd-funding Plug-in” approach be used to develop assessment tools.关键词
