Abstract
Purpose/Significance] From 2009, the movements of open government data emerging rapidly over the world and several cities in China have already started to do some practices. In order to understand the strengths and weaknesses of Beijing's current practices and provide advices to open government data movement, we conducted this survey. [ Method/process] Because Beijing's government da-ta mainly released in three kinds of websites, official websites of Government departments, government databases which allow citizens to visit, and open government data portal, we studied and analysed these websites in the data/metadata quantity, classification, and the abili-ty of reuse. [ Result/Conclusion] According to the status of Beijing’ s practice, we made two suggestions:in technical level:sorting da-ta, setting norms and enriching data;in management level:paying great attention on management, execution and user needs.关键词
