Abstract
To solve the problem of severe abrasion of the ammonia inj ection spray nozzle and catalyst layer in selective catalytic reduction(SCR)equipment,the velocity distribution of the flow field in the internal flow field was simulated using GAMBIT software.The applied simulation model was verified through field cold test.The results show that the SCR denitration device has a high degree of difference between the top and bottom of the flue gas entrance,the rectifier grid and the steering elbow,which makes the gas flow through the rectifier grid into the catalyst layer.In the numerical simulation,the structure of the flow field distribution is changed,which can solve the abrasion problem of denitration device caused by the uneven distribution of the flow field.The numerical model can accurately simulate the velocity field distribution in the SCR device.关键词
