混流式水轮机压力脉动特性研究
Study of pressure pulsation characteristics of Francis Turbine

Abstract
To understand the influence of ratio of long and short blades on pressure pulsation of Francis turbine, on the basis of numerical simulation of flow field, the 3D full-passage unsteady turbulent flow in Francis turbine passage for different ratio of long and short blades was calculated The results show that the pressure pulsation inside the Francis turbine is caused by rotor-stator interaction of runner and stator and the low-frequency pressure pulsation of draft tube. The efficiency of the Francis tur-bine reaches the largest of 92. 66% when the ratio of the closest distance between short blade and rotation axis to the diameter of long blade is equal to 0. 6; meanwhile, the corresponding pressure pulsation amplitude and the vibration amplitude of all flow passage components are the minimum, so the hydraulic stability is the best.关键词
