摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of escitalopram oxalate monotherapy and escitalopram oxalate combined with amisulpride in the treatment of major depression. Methods 78 patients with depression which met the depression criterion of ICD - 10 were randomly divided into the study group(n = 38)and the control group(n = 40)with random number table method. The study group were treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with amisulpride,and the control group were treated with escitalopram oxalate monotherapy. The curative effect was evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale -17 item(HAMD - 17)before and after 2nd ,4th ,6th ,8th weekend of treatment,and adverse reactions were assessed with Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale( TESS).Results At the end of the 2nd week,there was significant difference in the HAMD -17 scores between two groups(P <0. 01),and after 4 weeks of treatment,anxiety/ somatiaation factor score,weight factor score,retardation factor score and total score of the HAMD -17 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05 or 0. 01). And there was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate(χ2 = 2. 734,P < 0. 01). But there was no difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P > 0. 05),apart from dry mouth,nausea and vomiting and constipation(P < 0. 01). Conclusion The treatment of escitalopram oxalate combined with amisulpride can effectively improve somatic symptoms and reduce early gastrointestinal adverse reactions than escitalopram oxalate monotherapy in the treatment of major depression. And therefore accelerate the onset time, increase the efficacy.关键词
