缺血性脑卒中患者营养状况和影响因素分析
Analysis of Nutritional Status and Influencing Factors in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence and influencing factors of malnutrition in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Ischemic stroke from June 1st,2014 to January 30th,2015,332 patients were collected and in complete evalua-tion after stroke 14d, including laboratory indexes such as Mini Nutritional Assessment ( MNA) and Mini Nutritional Assess-ment-Short Form( MNA-SF) ,Barthel life index( BI) and serum albumin were included. Results There were 96 cases of malnutri-tion in 332 cases,the incidence was 28. 9%. Compared with the normal group,the levels of albumin,total protein,preprotein,total cholesterol and C-reactive protein were lower than the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors related to the cerebral stroke were NISS score,poor gastrointestinal func-tion,and gastrointestinal complications. Conclusion Abnormalities of albumin and other indicators in the malnutrition group. The incidence of malnutrition is associated with severe disease,poor gastrointestinal function,and more complications,which will aggra-vate the condition of stroke patients.关键词
