阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病患者糖耐量异常一级亲属胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能的影响
Effects of Acarbose on Insulin Resistance and IsletβCell Function of Type 2 Diabetic Patients’ First Degree Relatives ;with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of acarbose on insulin sensitivity and isletβcell function of first degree rela-tives with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods We chose 76 cases of IGT first degree relatives of patients with T2DM,gave them each 50mg acarbose to chew during meals,3 times/d,4 weeks as a course, and measured blood pressure,blood lipids and other clinical and biochemical indicators. The changes of 2-hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),islet β cell function(HOMA-β),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),body mass index(BMI),blood lipid,renal function and other indicators before and after treatment were observed,and the correlation analysis was performed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,subjects’ 2-hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol ester(TC),uric acid (UA),2-hours postprandial insulin level(2hINS)and HOMA-IR were significantly reduced,and HOMA-B increased significantly (P<0. 05). BMI,blood pressure,renal function and other indicators showed no significant changes. HOMA-IR was positively cor-related to BMI,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2hPG,TG,fasting insulin(FIN)and 2hINS(P<0. 05). HOMA-B showed positive correlation to BMI,TG,FIN and 2hINS(P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Acarbose can effectively reduce insulin resistance,enhance in-sulin sensitivity and improve isletβcell function of IGT first degree relatives of patients with T2DM,and has important significance to reduce the occurrence of diabetes mellitus.关键词
