不同类型青光眼患者血清热休克蛋白27抗体的测定比较
Determination and Comparison of Heat Shock Protein 27 (HSP27) Antibody in Serum of Patients with Different Types of Glaucoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the antibodies of heat shock protein 27(HSP27)in serum of patients with different types of glaucoma,and to explore the significance of heat shock protein 27(HSP27)antibody in the course of glaucoma. Methods Col-lect sera of patients with different types of glaucoma,the serum levels of HSP27 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent as-say. Results Comparing the serum HSP27 antibodies content of acute angle-closure glaucoma patients,chronic open-angle glauco-ma patients and normal tension glaucoma patients with that of normal control group,the differences were all statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . But, as for the serum content of HSP27 antibodies between different types of glaucoma patients, their difference showed no statistical significance( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Serum HSP27 antibodies of patients with different types of glaucoma were all higher than those of normal control group,and the elevated HSP27 antibody may be involved in and accelerate the apopto-sis of retinal ganglion cells.关键词
