Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship(NED)between neuroendocrine differentiation and androgen inde-pendent transformation in prostate cancer. Methods Collect 70 cases of prostate puncture biopsy specimens wirh clinical follow-up data,detect the expression of chromogranin A(CgA)and synaptophysin(Syn)in prostate cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method,and compare the androgen independent transformation expression difference between patients with positive and negative ca-ses. Results In the 70 cases of prostate cancer specimens,21 cases were positive in NED expression(30%),the NED positive rate of androgen independent transformation group was 81. 8%,significantly higher than the positive rate(6. 3%)of the group with-out the occurrence of androgen independent transformation,the difference is statistically significant(P<0. 01). Conclusion Neu-roendocrine differentiation in prostate cancer is closely related to androgen independent transformation,monitoring the expression of CgA and Syn had a certain clinical significance for the choice of treatment and prognosis judgment of prostate cancer.关键词
