摘要

Abstract

In order to find new anti-fungal leading compounds with high performance and low toxicity, this paper designed and synthesized a series of chalcone analogs with pyridyls according to a principle of splice. Bioassays showed that most of target compounds had a certain anti-fungal activities against Rhizoctorzia solani, Physalospora piricola, Fusarium graminearum and Bipolaris maydis at a dosage of 100μg/mL. Inhibition rates of compounds I9, I15 and I16 were more than 90%. The EC50 value of compound I16 was 35.43 μg/mL, which was higher than the control group Carbendazim(40.56μg/mL). Furthermore, compound I16 showed a broad-spectrum fungicidal activity, its fungicidal rate against four kinds of fungi were greater than 80%.
