摘要

Abstract

In order to study the effect of Lactobacillus isolated from the athletes on the immune function of mice, female Kunming mice (4 weeks old) used in all experiments were divided into 5 groups (I~V). The group I was immunized via oral with strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus; the group II was immunized via oral with strain of Lactobacillus crispatus; the group III was immunized via oral with strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus;the group IV was immunized via oral with strain of Lactobacillus salivarius. All groups with the concentration of 1×1010 cfu/mL. The group V was control group(Lactobacillus without oral administration) and the bacterial fluid was given by average (10 mL) for 14 days. The relevant indicators were detected after oral administration of Lactobacillus in 3,7,14, 21,28,35 and 42 d. Test results showed that Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus saliva could improve the serum antibody titer of mice, IgA content in small intestine, lymphocyte transformation rate and serum IL-2 content, especially with the best effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus. The Lactobacillus isolated from the fresh fecal samples could significantly improve the humoral and cellular immunity. The study preliminary clarified the pathogenesis of sports gastrointestinal syndrome and the mechanism of the athletes taking the micro ecological agents.
