陕西省县域乡村发展类型及乡村性评价
Assessment of Rural Development Types and Their Rurality in Shaanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Shaanxi is an important province of western region in China. It has large land and population, but there is a significant difference in the rural areas of Shaanxi Province. Assessing the rurality and making the development direction clearer is helpful to promote the balancing urban-rural development and beautiful countryside construction. Based on the country data of Shaanxi Province, the relative proportion of the three industries in the GDP is used to rural development types. Using the multi-factors integrate appraise method and ArcGIS to assess the rurality index (RI) of different rural development types in Shaanxi Province. The results show that:(1)46.31%of the total territory of Shaanxi Province belongs to balanced rural development type, meanwhile 14.57%, 27.59%and 11.53%of the total area are shared by agriculture-dominated rural development type, industry-dominated rural development type and business, tourism and services rural development type .(2)There is a significant difference in the rural areas of Shaanxi Province due to the multiple functions of rural areas and other factors. Most counties of Guanzhong Area in Shaanxi Province show a weak rurality, while Shanbei Area is with a strong rurality and Shannan Area belongs to a moderate rurality, and the different types of rural areas have the same or similar rural indexes although the same type of rural areas has the different rural indexes. So measures are proposed to promote the rural development, to increase governmental support, strengthen infrastructure constructions and lay a foundation for rural development and to develop distinctive industries according to local circumstances, optimize the industrial structure, build their own brands, develop the tourism industry and realize the three industries coordinated development.关键词
