γ-氨基丁酸大鼠安全性评价研究
The safety evaluation study of GABA on rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the bio - safety of microbial synthesis source of GABA in SD rats. Methods 80 SD rats were divided into 4 groups,one control group and 3 different doses(208. 3,416. 7,833. 3 mg·kg - 1 )groups with GABA,every group had 20 rats,male and female. Rats were feed with fedding stuffs mixed with GABA for 30 days. The weight and food intake were measured twice every week. The animals were sacrificed after 30 days and blood samples were collected for measurement of blood and blood biochemical indicators,while organs like liver and spleen were weighed and cuted into slices for histopathological test. Results The level of GIU was signaticantly lower than the blank control group in male groups at high and low dose after 30 days(P ﹤ 0. 05 and P ﹤ 0. 01,respectively);The total food utilization rate was re-duced significantly in male group at high and middle dose(P ﹤ 0. 01). All groups of animals were generally in good clinical condition,and there were no obvious symptoms related to drug toxicity. What's more,there were no significant differences in the organ/ body ratio,weekly weight,pathological examination,ematology indexes and other blood biochemical indexes. Con-clusion No obvious toxic effects related to the sample were found on rats after 30 day's feed.关键词
