香附中mesocyperusphenol A的含量测定研究
Study on determination of mesocyperusphenol A in fruit of Cyperus rotundus L.

Abstract
Objective To establish an UHPLC method for the determination of mesocyperusphenol A in fruit of Cyperus rotundus L. ,and provide a quality control method for Cyperus rotundus L. . Methods The chromatography was carried out on a Poroshell 120 EC - C18 column(3. 0 mm × 150 mm,1. 8 μm)with acetonitrile - water(28∶72,V∶V)as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 325 nm. Results Mesocyperusphenol A could be successfully determined and the line-ar rang was 0. 784 ~ 7. 84 μg·mL - 1(r = 0. 999 7). The average recovery of mesocyperusphenol A was 101. 6% ,RSD =1. 39%(n = 6). The content of mesocyperusphenol A in 6 batches was 3. 72 ~ 10. 00 μg·g - 1 . Conclusion Mesocyperus-phenol A was the specific ingredient in fruit of Cyperus rotundus L. . The method was accurate,reliable and sensitive for the quality control of fruit of Cyperus rotundus L. .关键词
