HPLC测定荆桔抗感合剂中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量
Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Jingjie Kanggan Mixture by HPLC

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Jingjie Kanggan Mixtrue by HPLC. Methods The C18 column with acetonitrile - 0. 2% H3 PO4(5∶ 95)as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 and the detective wavelength was 210 nm. Results The lin-ear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0. 079 5 ~ 2. 385 μg(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99. 4% and RSD was 0. 47%(n = 6). The linear range of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was 0. 078 75 ~ 2. 362 5 μg(r = 0. 999 9). The av-erage recovery was 100. 7% and RSD was 1. 09%(n = 6). Conclusion This method was accurate with a good repeatability and can be used as a quantitative analysis for this preparation.关键词
