摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of sarsasapogenin in Runing Pill. Methods The Waters SunFire C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of methanol - water (90∶10). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min - 1 ,the evaporative light scattering detector was adopted for the detection whose drift tube temperature was 55 ℃ and the gas pressure was 350 kPa. Results The sample size of sarsasapogenin in the range of 1. 18 ~ 5. 90 μg showed a good logarithmic linear relationship with the integral value of the peak area( r =0. 999 5). The average recovery was 97. 46% ,the RSD was 1. 37%(n = 9). Conclusion The method was accurate and specific which can be used for the quality control of Runing Pill.关键词
