摘要

Abstract

Objective To prepare resveratrol nano - suspensions and solidify the suspensions. Methods Resveratrol nano - suspensions were obtained by anti - solvent precipitation and high pressure homogenization,and the suspensions were solidified by freezing - drying process. Results Anti - solvent precipitation was chosen to prepared resveratrol nano - sus-pensions with mean particle size of prepared nanoparticle was 120. 3 nm. After solidification,the dissolution rate of resvera-trol was significantly improved using in vitro experiment assay. Conclusion The method used to prepare resveratrol nano -suspension was simple. It was suitable for preparing capsules or tablets after solidification.
