Emergency Strategies and Dynamic Plans for Emergency
摘要
Abstract
Based on the integrated service platform and the model of theme-service, this paper puts forward an emergency response strategy to quick response and allocates decisions for emergency. Depending on the specific emergencies and characteristic, it can extract solution about the theme of event and solve emergencies more targeted and adaptability. Through informationization means combining static contingency plans and actual situation in this mode, dynamic scheme quickly sets up emergency management business application of the current events using knowledge diagram, component model in the integrated platform, so as to better adapt to the practical changes. According to different types of emergencies, it puts forward corresponding disposal measures quickly and efficiently with the"event-driven"method and ensures the safety of situations to the greatest extent, which provides a new technical solution to deal with slow and difficult responses to emergencies.关键词
