Theme Service and Application Case of Regional Water Using Planning Business Management
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems such as difficulties in water verification, tedious process, lacking universality, operability and hamper in popularization in practical application of water using planning management, this paper structures the regional water using planning management system under different time-scales on the meta-synthesis platform, with the subject of regional planning business management, visualized regional planning water use business process on the knowledge graph and componentized the method with component technology. Then the paper puts Shanxi province into use. Application shows that the system has the advantage of operability, dynamic and maneuverable, can provide technology support for departments of water administration at different levels to formulate water using planning scheme and water distribution and allocation and can be widely applied.关键词
