水功能区水质达标考核主题内容及流程设计
Theme Content and Process Design of Water Quality Standard Assessment in Water Function Areas

Abstract
This paper builds a water quality standard assessment management system of water function areas to overcome the problems of no assessment management system and lacking of intelligentized, visualized properties, single manifestation, adapting difficultly to the development and changes and so on. The system is based on the integrated service platform, setting up a assessment database, componentizing the model and methods of water quality evaluation methods with component technology, so as to achieve the subject business application of the water function areas. The theme application of water quality standard assessment management system of water function areas in Shaanxi province shows that water quality standard assessment in water functional areas can be effectively applied in the water conservancy information service. The system meets the requirements to the practical water quality standard assessment work in the water function areas, and adapts to the development of water quality standard assessment in water function areas with good operability and flexibility.关键词
