Research progress on nurse post competency assessment tool
摘要
Abstract
It introduced the relevant theories of nurse post competency assessment tool,the development and ap-plication status quo of nurse post competency assessment tool in at home and abroad and the adaptive population of the scale and itsad vantages and disadvantages,so as to provide the reference for development of nurse post competency assessment tool in China.And it put forward that the nurse post competency assessment tool should be applied in clinical nurse post allocation,in order to realize the optimization of nursing human resources and the maximization of benefits.关键词
