社区稳定性冠心病病人生活质量现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of quality of life status quo of community patients with stable coronary heart disease and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the quality of life status quo of community patients with stable coronary heart disease and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 133 community patients with stable coronary heart disease received investigation by using the general quality of life table for Chinese people(QOL 35).Results:The score of quality of life of community patients with stable coronary heart disease was(66.63±10.76),the scores was lower than the normal models in fields of general quality of health and life,independent life ability, physiological function,psychological function,social function and quality of life change(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The multiple regression analysis showed that the age,family per capita monthly income,spouses,the number of diseases,smoking,intervention treatment were the influencing factors of quality of life among community pa-tients with stable coronary heart disease.Conclusion:The quality of life among community patients with stable coronary heart disease was significantly decreased,and it was influenced by many factors,so the targeted meas-ures should be taken to improve patients’quality of life status quo.关键词
