电话随访在慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人生活质量测评中的应用
Application of telephone follow up in evaluation of quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)received the phone follow up and face to face interview on their quality of life,in order to know about the accuracy of telephone follow up,so as to provide basis for the feasibility of domestic telephone follow up on the evaluation of quali-ty of life of patients with COPD.Methods:A total of 8 1 elderly COPD patients included in the study were ran-domly divided into face to face interview group and telephone follow up group.The quality of life in two groups were evaluated face to face by using chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test scale(CAT) by trained medical personnel,two groups of patients respectively received phone follow up and face to face in-terview after 14 days,then to compare the two interviews.Results:Pearson correlation coefficient between total score of face to face interview group and telephone follow up group was>0.90,Kappa value of two groups of consistency assessment>0.75,which indicated that quality of life score of COPD patients in telephone evalua-tion and face to face evaluation had good consistency.Conclusion:Telephone follow up evaluation on quality of life of the patients with COPD by using CAT was accurate and could be used in place of face to face assessment.关键词
