三元含锆铜系催化剂的合成

Abstract
Ternary CuO/ZrO2/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared through coprecipitation and then calcination. The effects of copper content,zirconium content,precipitation pH,precipitation temperature and calcination temperature on the physicochemical properties of the catalysts were investigated with the aid of orthogonal experimental method and integrated balance method. The prepared catalysts were characterized by means of BET,XRD and H2-TPR. The results showed that, the effects of the precipitation pH on the specific surface area and pore volume of the catalysts were the biggest,the effects of the calcination temperature were the second,the impacts of the zirconium content were low,and the influences of the copper content and precipitation temperature were the lowest. Under the conditions of copper content of 65%(x),zirconium content of 6%(x),precipitaion pH of 7,precipitation temperature of 60 ℃ and calcination temperature of 450 ℃,the specific surface area and pore volume of the prepared catalyst were 99 m2/g and 0.31 cm3/g respectively,with good CuO dispersity,high catalytic activity and easy reducibility.关键词
