Abstract
Through such steps as the normal collection, standard processing, systematic analysis and resource-driven integration, etc of the basic data on water volume, by application of theory and method of water volume balance as well as based on the monitoring and calculation of acquisition, utilization, consumption and discharge of water resources, the distribution characteristics of precipitation, runoff and evapora-tion are analyzed in time and space, influences of human being on runoff are evaluated as well as percentage of the reservoir outflow in the runoff of the Qing River course at downstream, the runoff loss and the penetration volume are accurately calculated and analyzed.关键词
