Abstract
In accordance with the scheme for the water distribution of the main stream of the Hei River, relation of water dispatching and mid-stream irrigation, schemes for water dispatching at different availability, and influences of water dispatching on irrigation at mid stream are analyzed.The analysis proves that the water discharge at Zhengyixia section in critical dispatching period (July-August) is not sufficient in volume.it shall be increased in this period.关键词
