CH3N H3 PbI3钙钛矿薄膜退火升温速率对其光伏性能的影响
T he effect of heating rate on photovoltaic performance of C H3 N H3 PbI3 perovskite thin film under annealing process
摘要
Abstract
Highly pure phase CH3 NH3 PbI3 perovskite thin films are successfully fabricated by an improved two‐step sequential deposition technique . The influence of different heating rate on photovoltaic performance of perovskite thin films for planar heterojunction with TiO2 films are particularly investigated under annealing process . The experimental results show that the heating rate for annealing process has a great influence on the surface morphology , grain size and compactness of perovskite films . At a moderate heating rate of 3 ℃ ・min-1 , high‐quality perovskite thin films with smoother surface morphology is obtained perfect compact structure and larger average grain size . T he high‐quality perovskite thin films have enhanced light absorption and higher charge carriers extraction efficiency , and are further assembled into planar heterojunction perovskite solar cells with FTO/TiO2/CH3 NH3 PbI3/P3HT/Au structure improving power conversion efficiency of 5.95% .关键词
