摘要

Abstract

Currently the enterprises try to promote their competitiveness with the more refined means of cost reduction,pro⁃duction cycle shortening and quality management strengthening. Introducing the industry′s best practices,and improving the en⁃terprises′ production and operation status have become the major problem faced by all enterprises. The information software pro⁃cess of the enterprises is proposed. In combination with the software life cycle,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(fuzzy TOPSIS)are introduced to establish the evaluation model of the supplier selection. The method was applied to the enterprises′ tender management,and has good effect.
