Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the 5-HMF content in the compatibility solution of Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection and Glucose Injection by HPLC. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the chromato graphic column of Wetch C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was 0.05 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(89∶11),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was maintained at 25℃,the detection wavelength was 284 nm,the injection volume was 20μL. Results 5-HMF had good linear relation in the range of 1.45-2.61μg/mL(r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 97.4%(RSD=1.1%). Conclusion Adopting the HPLC method for detecting the 5-HMF content in the compatibility solution of Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection and Glucose Injection is simple ,accurate and reliable.关键词
