杞精消肾安汤治疗消渴肾病（糖尿病肾病）临床疗效
Clinical effect of Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy with liver-kidney Yin deficiency complicating siltation-toxicity syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of diabetic nephropathy in the outpatient department and endocrinology department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group ,30 cases in each group. The treat-ment group received the therapy of modified Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoction,while the control group adopted the therapy of Liuwei Dihuang Pills,with 3 months(12 weeks) as a treatment course. The continuous 2-3 treatment courses could be lasted according to the disease condition. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%(26/30),which in the control group was 56.67%(17/30),there was statistically significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoc-tion in treating diabetic nephropathy has significantly clinical effect and is worthy of further research and development.关键词
