摘要
Abstract
Takotsubo syndrome is an acute,transient and reversible non-ischemic cardiomyopathy of-ten occurring in postmenopausal women.This condition is constantly induced by psychological or physical stress factors and may yield reversible abnormalities of ventricular wall motion.Takotsubo syndrome is clinically char-acterized by sudden chest pain,ST-T change detected by electrocardiogram and positive myocardial biochemical markers,similar to acute myocardial infarction (AMI),but without coronary artery stenosis.The main patho-genesis may be sympathetic hyperactivity and increased catecholamine secretion.Currently,there is no stand-ardized treatment of Takotsubo syndrome.The recurrence rate is low and clinical prognosis is good.Herein,we reported one case of pheochromocytoma complicated with Takotsubo syndrome presented with chest pain and palpitation,aiming to deepen the understanding of this disease by clinicians.关键词
