Review and Prospect of Research on Corporate Intellectual Property Management
摘要
Abstract
Research on corporate Intellectual Property management can be witnessed from such two basic perspectives as corporate strategy management,policy and institutions construction.Such two kinds of perspectives provide respectively the analysis thinking of strategic management and policy sciences.As far as the increasing importance of"Created by China"with its Intellectual Property utilization in the siege,it is urgent for Chinese theoretical circles to place more emphasis on promoting the Intellectual Prop-erty creation rather than operation in order to substantially enhance China's enterprises position in the glob-al chain.This paper suggested that it should be explored from the two perspectives of the co-operation be-tween government and enterprises and between Law and Business to propose fundamental study path and countermeasures of enhancing the operational performance of China's corporate Intellectual Property.关键词
