Abstract
Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram (ECG) results of dynamic ECG in detection of variant angina pectoris and its clinical value. Methods The dynamic ECG examination data of 60 patients with variant angina pectoris were retrospectively studied. Results Most patients with variant angina pectoris accompanied with the change of ST segment, some patients accompanied with different types of arrhythmia. When the results of dynamic ECG in patients showed precordium pain and retrosternal pain, 41 cases (68.33%) had ST-T segment changes, 10 cases (16.67%) had ST-T segment changes and atrioventricular block, 7 cases (11.67%) had ventricular premature beat (VPB) and short gustiness ventricular tachycardia (VT), 2 cases (3.33%) had atrial premature beat. Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiogram provides effective and objective basis for clinical diagnosis of variant angina pectoris, which has important reference value and guiding significance for clinical treatment of variant angina pectoris.关键词
