流产后关爱服务对人工流产术后持续避孕指导的积极意义
Positive Significance of Care Service on Continuous Contraceptive Guidance After Induced Abortion

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and significance of care service on postoperative continuous contraceptive guidance after induced abortion. Methods 100 women implemented induced abortion in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional postoperative guidance, the study group was given postoperative care services. The knowledge rate of contraception before and 12 months after induced abortion, conditions of contraceptive measures and conditions of repetitive abortion of unwanted pregnancy in two groups were recorded. Results 12 months after induced abortion, the knowledge rate of contraception, rate of oral contraceptive in two groups increased significantly, and the improvement degree of study group were better than those of control group, P <0.05. 12 months after induced abortion, the conditions of unsafe contraception, unprotected intercourse and intrauterine device insertion in study group improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions Care service after abortion is one of the tools to improve the contraception knowledge and effectiveness of contraceptive measures in abortion women, with good effect, which has positive significance for maintaining female reproductive health.关键词
