Diagnostic Value of the Detection of Microalbuminuria, αl-Microglobulin and Transferrin in Early Renal Injury of Asphyxial Newborns

摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of microalbuminuria (MA),αl-microglobulin (αlM) and transferrin (TRU) in early renal damage of asphyxial newborns. Methods 110 asphyxial newborns treated in our hospital were set as study group and divided into mild asphyxia group (67 cases) and severe asphyxia group (43 cases) according to the severity of asphyxia. 50 newborns without asphyxia in our hospital at same period were set as control group. The levels of MA, αlM, TRU, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr) were detected and compared. Results The levels of MA,αlM, TRU, Cr of study group were significantly higher than those of control group, P<0.05;the level of BUN of two groups had no statistical difference, P>0.05. The levels of MA,αlM, TRU, Cr of severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those of mild asphyxia group, P <0.05; the level of BUN of two groups had no statistical difference, P>0.05. Conclusions The levels of MA,αlM, TRU can be used as clinical detection indices in diagnosis of early renal damage of asphyxial newborns, and also can reflect the severity of renal injury.
