Abstract
Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane for pediatric tonsillectomy. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 70 cases of children undergoing tonsillectomy in our hospital were selected and given remifentanil combined with sevoflurane for anesthesia. The blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) of children before and after anesthesia were observed and compared. Results The blood pressure of children at the moment of anesthesia induction and before anesthesia had statistical difference (P<0.05). At the moment of anesthesia induction and trachea cannula, at the beginning of operation, half hour after operation, the heart rate of children was all significantly lower than that before anesthesia, P<0.05. Of 70 patients, 2 cases showed vomiting, which accounted for 2.9%; restlessness and cry were not found in patients after operation. Conclusions In pediatric tonsillectomy, remifentanil combined with sevoflurane has significant effect, low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety, which deserves clinical popularization and application.关键词
