男性2型糖尿病患者骨密度变化及其相关因素探讨
Discussion on the Changes and Related Factors of Bone Mineral Density of Male 2-Type Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective To discuss the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) and its related factors of male 2-type diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 100 male patients with 2-type DM treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group (with osteoporosis) and control group (without osteoporosis) according to whether complicating osteoporosis, with 50 cases in each group. The BMD in different parts of the body and biochemical indices of two groups were compared. Results The BMD in L1, L2, L3, L4, L1-4, Neck, Ward triangle, greater trochanter and all parts of the femur of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The levels of FBG and HBA1c of two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05);the levels of serum Ca and testosterone (T) of experimental group were lower than those of control group, and the levels of serum P and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) of experimental group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The bone mass in the entire body of male patients with 2-type diabetes mellitus complicating osteoporosis decreases significantly. Serum Ca, P, T and ALP have great influence on the changes of bone mineral density.关键词
