Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of isosorbide mononitrate and nitroglycerin in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) angina pectoris by intravenous injection. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015, 80 patients with CHD angina pectoris treated in our hospital were selected as research subjects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given the intravenous injection of nitroglycerin for treatment, the observation group was given the intravenous injection of isosorbide mononitrate for treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of efficacy in observation group was 92.5%, significantly higher than 72.5%of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the improvement of electrocardiogram in observation group was 87.5%, significantly higher than 67.5% of control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris by intravenous injection can effectively improve the curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.关键词
