Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of 1550 fractional laser combined with ruby (694) in treatment of chloasma. Methods 100 patients with chloasma treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given external and internal medication combined with physical therapy, and the experimental group was given 1550 fractional laser combined with ruby (694) technology for treatment. All patients were treated for 2 courses and followed up for six months. The clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.0%, significantly higher than 84.0%of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was 4.0%, significantly lower than 36.0%of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions 1550 fractional laser combined with ruby (694) in treatment of chloasma has significant clinical treatment effect and low adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
