Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of GLISSON pedicle transverse precise hepatectomy in clinic. Methods 60 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (28 cases) was implemented Pringle hepatectomy, the observation group (32 cases) was implemented GLISSON pedicle transverse precise hepatectomy. The operation conditions, liver function and complications of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of observation group was longer than that of control group, the recovery of liver function 7 d after operation in observation group was better than that in control group, the difference was statistical (P<0.05);the intranperative bleeding volume and blocking time in two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The incidence of complications of observation group was 15.6%, lower than 39.3%of control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions For patients with liver cancer, GLISSON pedicle transverse precise hepatectomy has simple operation, accurate location, low complications and slight liver damage, which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
