Analysis on the Application Effect of Auricular Plaster in Orthopedic Surgical Patients at Perioperative Period

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of auricular plaster in orthopedic surgical patients at perioperation period. Methods 80 cases of patients with fracture surgery treated in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 were selected as research subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given auricular plaster on the basis of control group. The sleep quality, gastrointestinal reactions, postoperative pain, quality of life and comfort were compared between two groups. Results The excellent rate, excellent and good rate of sleep quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the scores of nausea, vomiting and pain in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the scores of quality of life and comfort in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, all the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions For orthopedic surgical patients at perioperation period, auricular plaster can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients, reduce the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting, greatly improve patients' quality of life and comfort, with significant analgesic effect, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
