Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing mode on premature infant care in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods The clinical data of 80 premature infants admitted to NICU of our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing method. The control group (35 cases) was given routine nursing, the observation group (45 cases) was given comfortable nursing mode on this basis. The complications, hospitalization time and costs of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications of observation group was 6.67%, significantly lower than 40.00%of control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of observation group were significantly less than those of control group, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing mode has significant effect on premature infant care in NICU, and can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the hospitalization time and hospitalization costs.关键词
