细节化服务在门诊输液室中的应用效果分析OA

目的：分析细节化服务在门诊输液室中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月在我院门诊输液患者400例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各200例。对照组患者实施常规输液护理，观察组患者实施细节化服务。比较两组患者的护理满意度和投诉情况。结果观察组患者护理总满意度为98.50％，显著高于对照组的90.00％，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。观察组患者投诉率为2.00％，显著低于对照组的15.00％，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.…查看全部>>
Objective To analyze the application effects of detailed service in outpatient transfusion room.
