艾滋病合并巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎的护理干预OA
Nursing Intervention for AIDS Patients Complicating Cytomegalovirus Retinitis
目的：探讨AIDS合并VMVR患者眼内注药的护理。方法37例AIDS合并VMVR患者随机分为干预组（20例)和对照组（17例)，干预组给予护理干预（病情观察、心理护理、健康教育等)，对照组给予常规护理，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果干预组总有效率为85.71％，显著高于对照组的61.54％，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。随访观察发现两组均未发生眼部严重并发症。结论护理干预能减轻AIDS合并VMVR的患者的痛苦，提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the nursing of intraocular drug injection for AIDS patients complicating cytomegalovirus retinitis (CMVR). Methods 37 patients with AIDS complicating CMVR were randomly divided into intervention group (20 cases) and control group (17 cases).
