摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effects of focus solving model in middle-aged patients with calcaneal fractures and diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 patients were divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (44 cases) according to the admission sequence. Both groups received conventional nursing, and the observation group was given focus solving model, including functional training, health education and mental care intervention. The foot function, situations of anxiety and depression, self-efficacy of two groups after six months were assessed. Results After six months, the recovery of foot function, the scores of anxiety and depression as well as self-efficacy in observation group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions For middle-aged patients with calcaneal fractures and diabetes mellitus, focus solving model can effectively promote the recovery of foot function, improve self-efficacy and relieve the anxiety and depression.关键词
