孕妇心理压力状况及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological pressure situations and its risk factors of pregnant women. Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight pregnant women who accepted regular prenatal examination in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the research objects. The psychological status were investigated by self-designed questionnaire survey, SCL-90, SAS and SDS questionnaire survey. Results The unhealthy psychology rate of two hundred and thirty-eight pregnant women was 59.24%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of anxiety from big to small were pregnancy, primiparity conditions, age, major disease history, drug utilization and family's monthly income according to the OR scores, the risk factors of depression from big to small were primiparity conditions, personal monthly income, history of adverse pregnancy, major disease history, family's monthly income and age according to the OR scores. Conclusions The pregnant women have great psychological pressure and adverse psychological status. Targeted psychological counseling should be counted according to the influencing factors, thus helping to relieve the psychological status of pregnant women.关键词
