摘要
Abstract
This paper gave a detailed explanation of the process of optimization of electronic medical record system with the Joint Commission International accreditation standards in aspects of patient identiifcation, medical documentation integrity, clinical pathway, personnel authority management, and information sharing and conifdentiality, so as to improve work efifciency, to ensure patient safety, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of health care quality through the reconstruction of the electronic medical record system.关键词
