Abstract
Objective To construct a graded healthcare platform so as to realize the medical model which is characterized by separated treatment of acute diseases and chronic illnesses as well as two-way referral. Methods With a general hospital as the center of the regional healthcare, an integrated regional medical imaging diagnostic center was established by means of the regional and multilevel distributed storage. The framework of the medical imaging storage and the communication system in the imaging diagnostic center was established and connected with the imaging equipment in cooperative hospitals to realize the automatic transmission of the imaging data collection as well as the digitalization of work lfow and imaging reading.Results The two-way referral within the cooperative hospitals was realized. Patients from cooperative hospitals can get access to the expert diagnosis resources in the general hospitals. Conclusion The integrated medical imaging diagnostic center can help realize the rational allocation of medical resources, reduce the cost of imaging examination, and provide convenience to the patients to receive medical assistance.关键词
