摘要
Abstract
In recent years foreign government loans have been noticed by many hospitals and have gradually become one of the main channels of public hospitals ifnancing. By using the example of the purchase of medical equipment with Austrian government loans, this paper analyzed the applicability of using foreign government loads in hospitals and introduced the general condition of loan procurement and utilization as well as noteworthy problems during the loaning process. The paper aimed to provide some practical advices to the public hospitals that are considering purchasing medical equipment by utilizing foreign government loans to improve the level of medical care.关键词
