Abstract
The land acquisition and resettlement work for construction of a reservoir is a complex social systems engineering project involving many areas, many departments and many participants. The objective evaluation of implementation of the resettlement and its corresponding policies can provide scientifi c basis for guiding and carrying out the next stage work. At present the evaluation is mainly conducted based on the informal discussions of various participants concerned and qualitative description without quantitative analysis, in which the comments offered and conclusions made are often in general terms and don’t go into details. The application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is able to quantify the conformity of the evaluation indexes, thus improving practical accuracy and reliability of the evaluation. The method was used to perform case analysis of the independent evaluation of the land acquisition and resettlement for construction of Yunpeng hydropower project, and then its conformity was obtained to put forward proper measures for the next stage work.关键词
